PicBoil provides AI-powered image generation tools including text-to-image and image-to-image transformation. We offer both free and paid credit-based plans.

Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PicBoil
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate registration information
• One account per person unless explicitly authorized

Generated Content & Usage

• You own all rights to images you generate using PicBoil
• You are responsible for the content of your prompts and resulting images
• You may not use PicBoil to generate illegal, harmful, infringing, or sexually explicit / pornographic content (NSFW). • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

Credits & Payments

• Free daily credits reset at midnight UTC each day
• Purchased credits never expire but are non-refundable
• Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice

Limitation of Liability

PicBoil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
