How do free credits work?
Every registered user receives free daily credits that reset at midnight. Credits you purchase never expire.
How many credits does one generation cost?
Most models cost 1 credit per generation. Advanced Pro models may cost more.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable, but they never expire. Use them whenever you want.
What's the difference between membership and top-up?
Membership gives you a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle. Top-up packs are one-time credit purchases that stack on top of your membership. Both use the same credit pool for generation.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
When you cancel, your membership ends at the current period end. Any remaining member credits expire, but your purchased top-up credits are preserved and available if you re-subscribe.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately.
Is there a commitment or contract?
