Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from using PicBoil to generate, upload, or share any of the following types of content:

• Nude, semi-nude, or sexually explicit images — including AI-generated depictions of nudity, sexual acts, or sexual anatomy
• Sexually suggestive content — including but not limited to depictions of undressing, twerking, provocative or suggestive poses, or content designed to arouse
• Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — including AI-generated content that depicts minors in a sexual context. We will report such content to law enforcement authorities
• Non-consensual deepfake or face manipulation — creating images that identify real individuals in compromising, false, or explicit situations without their consent
• Hate speech, violence, or illegal content — content that promotes violence, discrimination, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Copyright infringement — generating content that violates the intellectual property rights of others
• Promoting or implying NSFW generation capability — marketing materials, landing pages, social media posts, and galleries must not showcase, promote, or imply the ability to generate NSFW content, including through suggestive examples or “uncensored” / “unfiltered” messaging

Content Moderation

• All prompts are screened by our content moderation system before image generation. Prompts that violate this policy will be automatically blocked
• Our AI models include built-in safety filters that prevent the generation of prohibited content
• We continuously improve our moderation systems to ensure a safe environment for all users

Consequences of Violations

• Immediate account suspension or termination without refund
• Removal of all violating content from our servers
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required, particularly in cases involving CSAM

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate using PicBoil. You must ensure that your use of the platform complies with this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are unsure whether a prompt may violate this policy, do not submit it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
